Community Gateway Association is taking a significant step towards improving the Grange area of Ribbleton, Preston, by demolishing five blocks of flats known as 'Ribble Heights.' The work began in early December 2024 and is expected to be completed by March 2025. 

Community Gateway Association (CGA) has reached a monumental milestone with the completion of the development of our 1,000th affordable new home in Tulketh Brow, Canal Side View, Preston. This development, consisting of 12 homes for affordable rent, marks a significant achievement in our mission to provide high-quality, affordable housing for the local community.

In its latest regulatory judgement, the Regulator for Social Housing has awarded Community Gateway Association the highest possible rating for its financial viability and for its governance arrangements. CGA received a ‘G1’ rating for governance and a ‘V1’ rating for viability.
