Following up on your Gas Service

At Community Gateway, we’re committed to delivering safe and reliable services to you. As part of this commitment, we work with Morgan Lambert, our external auditors, to independently check the quality of our Gas Services.

If you’ve had a Gas service completed within the last four to six weeks, you may be contacted by Morgan Lambert to arrange a follow-up inspection. These checks are an important part of our process to ensure the work carried out in your home meets the highest standards.

What to expect:

  • Morgan Lambert will get in touch via text message, phone call, or letter to book an appointment.
  • They will arrive wearing branded Morgan Lambert uniforms and carry official ID badges.
