We’re supporting #PlanForHousing

Community Gateway Association is committed to housing — we are led by our tenants, we invest in local communities, and we meet the housing needs of people in Preston and the surrounding area by providing 6,800 homes for affordable rent.

However, we also recognise that there are currently 8.5 million people in England who can’t access the housing they need. This includes two million children living in overcrowded, unaffordable or unsuitable homes.

Making a change could mean an end to the housing crisis, so in the run-up to the General Election, we are supporting the National Housing Federation’s call for all political parties to commit to a long-term #PlanForHousing, transforming the housing system and creating sustainable solutions for the future.

Below, members of the CGA Board show their support for #PlanForHousing using the National Housing Federation placards.
