For repairs that require emergency assistance outside the hours of 8am - 5pm call us on 0800 953 0213
Our Repairs Team is available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8am - 5pm and Thursday 8am - 2pm. All our other teams are available Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
- Option 1 – For new or existing repairs, gas service, grass cutting, an adaptation or home improvements
- Option 2 – For Select Move housing applications or property offers
- Option 3 – For queries regarding your rent account or to make a payment
- Option 4 – For support with welfare benefits, grants or if you are struggling financially
- Option 5 – For anything related to your tenancy, terminating your tenancy or to report anti-social behaviour
- Option 6 – For all other services including, Engagement, Complaints and Finance
