We are delighted to launch our new Corporate Plan, which outlines our ambitions and priorities and takes us to 2030.

The plan has been developed by listening to the views of our tenants, gathered through engagement activities such as The Big Conversation and roadshows, and via the feedback you give us through surveys, and your comments, complaints and compliments. 

The Plan, which has been approved by our Board and Gateway Central (our tenant committee) focuses on seven key priorities and outcomes:

Our tenants live in homes that are energy efficient. We have a clear strategy in place to become carbon neutral by 2050.
