Development and Regeneration Strategy
The strategy below sets out our aims for new developments during 2024-2027.
We successfully met the objectives and targets of the previous strategy (2019-2024), delivering a greater choice for customers in terms of property type and location. This included our first extra-care scheme (The Courtyards), our first new model of accommodation for older people (The Watermills), our first dedicated homeless accommodation scheme, The Spires, our first homes for shared ownership and a successful partnership with Preston City Council to bring almost 40 empty homes back into use, along with a wider choice of family accommodation across the city and beyond.
