The provision of parking permits to Community Gateway Association tenants (in order to park on CGA's private car parks), and the way this system is enforced, is changing.

Enforcement will be carried out by Spring Parking Limited, who will be checking that all cars parked on CGA land (restricted parking zones denoted by Spring Parking Limited signage) have their physical permit sticker clearly displayed in their front windscreen. Permits are issued to successful applicants following an approved application to CGA.

If you are submitting a new registration which has not been previously provided, please email a copy of the V5 document to customerservices@communitygateway.co.uk.

Please note: you are only able to park on CGA-owned land within your designated zone. Our spaces are clearly marked by Spring Parking signs. If you park in any other zones or on land not owned by CGA, you may receive a parking ticket. CGA is unable to cancel any tickets issued for parking on land that does not belong to us.

If you have any queries or require assistance completing the form online, please call the Tenancy Services Team on 0800 953 0213 (option 2).
