Savick Regeneration
CGA is delighted to confirm that phase two of our Savick Regeneration is complete. The development is made up of 25 family homes for affordable rent - 12 two-bedroom homes, 12 three-bedroom homes and one four-bedroom home. There is also a rental unit and a library, that will be run by Lancashire County Council.
Phase three of the regeneration is underway
A further 17 homes are being built on the site of the former Lea Church, which is expected to be complete by 2026. The development will consist of:
- 11 two-bedroom homes
- Four three-bedroom homes
- Two four-bedroom homes
