Smaller Development Sites

We're delighted to be working on several smaller developments across Brookfield, Preston, to be completed in phases during 2024/5. The homes will be all-electric, part of our ongoing commitment to building sustainable homes for life. 

These energy-efficient, gas-free homes will help reduce fuel bills for tenants, and form a key part of our plan to make all our homes carbon neutral by 2050. Running entirely on electricity means lower carbon emissions and a healthier environment for everyone. All homes will feature air source heat pumps instead of boilers, plus underground heating on the ground floor.
