Smoke detectors provide you with early warnings of a fire, allowing you and your family to get out of your home before it's too late.
As a minimum, hard-wired, interlinked smoke detectors are fitted in the hallways and landings of your home. CGA will test your smoke detectors while carrying our your gas inspection. However, it's also recommended that you test your smoke detector at least once a month by pressing the test button.
