The Weavers - Avondale Drive
We're delighted to confirm we have completed the development of 50 new homes in Lostock Hall for affordable rent and shared ownership, in October 2024.
The Weavers is our first shared-ownership development in South Ribble, helping us to broaden our housing offer across the area. Every home benefits from off-road parking and private gardens, as well as landscaped communal areas for everyone to enjoy. Tenants in the apartments also have a communal garden.
The development consists of:
