Community Gateway’s fantastic Miller Road development in Ribbleton has this month been crowned winner of a prestigious construction award from LABC Warranty.
The 78-property site – known as The Meadows and constructed by Seddon Ltd – faced stiff competition from a host of amazing newbuilds across the country to win ‘Social Housing Development of the Year 2024’.
Praised for its quality of workmanship throughout construction, the Miller Road development was chosen as the standout winner following site inspection visits by risk management surveyors.
The Miller Road team managed to secure this brilliant accolade through excellent site management – including standout performances in the areas of health and safety; site organisation and tidiness; innovation; and care for the environment.
